As the head of this successful agency, I take immense pride in something that feels far more significant than the number of new partners we onboard: our exceptional retention rate.
Since the inception of our agency, we've only ever had two partners churn.
We're not a startup anymore; we've been in the game for a while. Many of our partners have been with us for years, growing alongside us as we continually refine and master new growth tactics.
In fact, in my recent founders note to partners, we uncovered that the average partnership at Boldly Grow is now over 2.5 years. Which is longer than most in-house hires.
The best part?
On average, 98% of our partners are tripling their revenue within the first year of onboarding.
Now, I recognize that churn is an inevitable part of business and often beyond our control. But, as of now, this is a milestone we proudly celebrate.
Our impressive retention rate isn't due to perfection or immediate outstanding performance. It's because we place a relentless focus on what we can control: the little things.
A core value of ours, will and always will be: Little things, done right, matter.
We're always there for our partners, never shying away from putting in the hard work to deliver the immense value they deserve.
We also have what many of our partners call… “time in the game” — We are not reinventing the wheel, we're not placing juniors on your accounts, we are leveraging experience and refusing to overcomplicate growth because time is of the essence.
That holds value for partners. This achievement is something I hold close to my heart.
To me, it signifies more than our rapid growth. It's a testament to our core values and unwavering dedication to our partners' success.
It speaks to our Internal Espirit de Corps:
• The recommendations to our partners are the recommendations we would make if we owned their companies, without regard to our own interest.
• We put the growth function at the top of our priorities.
• We attach importance to discretion. We do not leak our partner's secrets nor do we take credit for their success.
• We grow - or else.
• We have fun so that we can produce the best work of our life. When we're not having fun, we'll seldom produce good work.
• We bring Big Ideas to the table. Our partners expect it.
• We choose to only work with first class brands, and that in a first class way.
